Forma Radio Frequency
Forma is a skin and tissue rejuvenation technology that uses a subdermal heating applicator. It utilizes radiofrequency transmitted through electrodes to provide a non-invasive and painless treatment. The device’s controls ensure it achieves the ideal temperatures for effective results. Forma is particularly effective for treating areas such as the forehead, upper and lower eyelids, nasolabial folds, jowls, and neck.
Forma features a thermal temperature sensor integrated into the handpiece, enabling clinicians to monitor skin temperature in real-time.
Forma ensures unmatched safety in RF delivery. The “cut-off temperature” function automatically reduces RF energy once the handpiece detects the desired skin temperature.

Before starting the treatment, practitioners will clean the treatment area and apply a conductive gel. This gel enhances the transmission of RF energy into the skin.
The practitioner will use a handheld device to deliver RF energy to the targeted area. Patients will feel a warming sensation as the RF energy penetrates the skin. The skin temperature will be monitored to ensure it stays within a safe and effective range.
The treatment session duration depends on the area being treated and the number of hand pieces used, typically lasting between 30 to 60 minutes.
